职位描述
岗位职责：
A. 审核验货报告，解答客户检验前和检验后的咨询；
B. 协助审核产品报告；
C. 跟进客户投诉， 作出改善措施，维护长期稳定的客户关系；
D. 培训相关人员相关知识；
E. 协作经理分析数据，指导并实施专项改善方案；
F. 跟进客户要求，制定产品的检验要求，有效执行客户指定的要求；
G. 对客服人员提供相关技术上的支持。
职位要求：
A. 大专或以上学历、两年以上相关工作经验；
B. 熟悉EN60335、EN60598等安规，有家电或小家电工厂生产管理、质量控制或实验室测试经验经验优先考虑；
C. 英语四级或以上，能用英语通过E-Mail与客户进行良好的沟通；
D. 快速学习能力，良好的沟通协调能力、团队协作精神；
E. 工作积极主动，能承受一定的压力。
