JOB SUMMARY

Responsible to support Product Development efforts on design, specifications, technical, and engineering to support each department operation for new projects or idea execution. Present the knowledge on the material/tooling evaluation and structure debug when come out the detail design. Skillful on the computer 3D program to build up the CAD engineer drawing. Offer ideas to solve engineer problems, manufacturing problems, cost reductions, quality issues and product performance related to new product development projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Base on the request from each project to provide the engineer and technical support. Provide the workable 3D/2D drawing which come out from the concept design of divisions.

1. Working with project team of each operation to understand the function, aesthetic, safety requirement of new project. Build up the 2D / 3D drawing to be the extension of concept design.

2. Provide the technical support on the material, tooling analysis and evaluation.

3. Support problem solving of each SKU.

4. Working with quality team closely on the engineering sample review and involve the structure design.

5. Collecting all material/tooling information with right specification.

JOB REQUIREMENT

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

1. College or University Degree required, design or engineering related degree preferred.

2. 10 years working experience on design and engineer, own the rich engineering experience and knowledge.

3. Good understanding of international quality standards and safety regulations on the bike and materials.

4. Knowledgeable for the ASTM, CPSC regulations.

5. Good concept and working experience to deal with pending issue and solving.

6. Owns the knowledge & experience on Al/metal welding & painting will be plus.

SKILLS:

1.Fluent in English of speaking, Listing, reading and writing.

2.Skillful on the 3D program, basically AutoCAD, Pro-E, Solidwork, 3D Max or other computer program which can well present the design capability.

3.Familiar with the industrial material (hardware & plastic), tooling is the essential.

4.Knowledgeable in the use of the Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook

5.Good team management skill and capability to persuade vendor.

6.Good communication and coordination.
