Job Responsibilities:
1.Training and Development Plan
-Participation in training and development requests evaluation
-Prepare TD plan
-On a monthly bases evaluate the training and development activities
2.Training and Development Budget
-Participate the process of training and development budget
-On the monthly bases monitor the budget utilization and the costs
-Assess individual deviations from the budget on a monthly bases, analyses the cause and submit proposal to remove the budget deviations
3.Initiative, organization and undertaken the training and development activities
-Based on training and development plan and approved budget interact with external training consultant to identify course objectives and contents
-Initiates, organized and undertakes training activities
-Analyze training and development activities, cooperate with evaluation of activities and offer in case of need the adapt measures
-Response for evidence of training activities in local information system and archiving of all relevant documents and certificates
4.Assessment of development programs
-May design and implement assessment program to identify employees potential as well we training needs
-Coordinate, organize and undertakes these developing programs and analyses the effectivity of the programs provide professional support and advise to the employees including to specialist development programs
5.Special projects
-Cooperate in realization of special projects in HR field, Watch list, Yellow pages, New Talent program one BCS etc…
6.HR Labor Guide Guidelines
-Provide Labor guide low guidelines to employees within the assigned area
-Inform employees of any changes in the HR policy / strategy
-Uphold the HR policy in practice
-Monitor the work of employees in terms of Company policy observance , making sure it is in line with valid Internal Guidelines of the Company and valid legislation
-Ensure that laws are observed in the assigned area
-Monitor and development of labor legislation provide Labor law guidelines to all employees
7.Internal and external communication
-Prepare and implement the agreed internal and external communication programmes that support the corporate image and strategy, facilitate clear and open communication within the Company, and help to successfully implement HR projects/activities, HR Internal Guidelines, Employee Opinion Survey, etc.
Qualification:
1.University degree
2.At least 5 years training experience within a foreign invested company and at least two years’ in acting as employee relationship management role.
3.Very familiar with the local labor laws and regulations.
4.Very good problem solving, creative and coordination skills.
5.Very good English skills both in written and oral.
6.Positive thinking and hands-on.
