职位描述

Responsibilities:

1. Proactive selling of stationery products to international customers and to provide excellent customer services;

2. Research market and competitive intelligence to identify purchasing trends and develop sourcing alternatives;

3. Sub-category ownership and development from Company perspective;

4. Identity and develop qualified suppliers for office supplies products according to company requirements;
5. Leading on projects, partner with counterpart in overseas, internal departments and agents to develop the right products;

6. Identify and resolve potential purchasing problems (terms, price, quality and delivery); 

7. Negotiate with suppliers for quotation of existing and new products;

8. Maintaining contact with suppliers regarding current status of purchase orders;

9. Follow up purchase orders to ensure timely and accurate product delivery;

10. Follow up daily operations with maintaining good documentation, merchandising process and system;

11. Perform miscellaneous job-related merchandising & sales duties as assigned


Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in English, Foreign Trade & Economics;

2. At least 5 years solid experience in hard goods, experience in office supplies products is a must;

3. Have special certifications or technical skills in Merchandising/Business/International Trade will be an advantage;

4. Strong technical know-how in the area of expertise is required;

5. Excellent account management skills, ability to manage several important international customers simultaneously;

6. Excellent Project Management including Customer Service, Sales Presentation and Project Sourcing skills;

7. Demonstrate soft selling skills and presentation building skills;

8. Excellent communication, negotiation, organizing  and interpersonal skills;

9. Able to do multi-task in a fast paced, sometimes pressurized environment; 

10.Energetic, outgoing, self-driven, good team player, detail & result-oriented;

11. Able to work under pressure and strong sense of responsibility and customer view;

12. Good logical thinking, analysis skill and problem solving skill;

13. Excellent command of spoken and written English, Mandarin is a must.

14. Travel to other cities in China is required.
