• Office Administration:  a little bit of sales office administration, meeting or activities organization, and so on.
• Sales strategy execution follow-up:  each year we have a few sales strategies to execute. In terms of the weekly or monthly review of the execution of these strategies, this supervisor is to organize the reports, the meetings and the action plans.
• Daily sales management systems operating:  we have routine meeting, reports, reviews with the team. This will be organized by this supervisor.
• Salesforce implementation:  Salesforce is part of the daily sales management system. This supervisor will spend a lot of time in this area.
• Pricing request consolidation:  this supervisor will consolidate all the pricing request reports for Steven’s review and then submit them for further approval.
• An bridge to the other teams, HR, Finance, Legal, Customer service, Aftersales, factories:   this role will attend a lot of meetings. If there is important decisions to make, this supervisor will report to Steven for his decision.
