· Project execution: Act as BA and IT PM/IT Work-stream Leader roles, to collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to manage and execute projects for a whole life-cycle to delivery with existing process and standards, finally to get expected management result on scope, schedule, budget & cost, quality, resource, communication, risk, sourcing and stakeholders.

- Planning: requirement and scope definition, etc.

- Executing: sourcing process, technical related communication and collaboration, deliverables validation and confirmation, risk controlling, Support Model Definition, etc.

- Monitoring and Controlling

- Closing: app stabilization, handover to Operations, etc.

• Fundamental Control: Act as BA role, to control on fundamental basis to reduce duplicated investment and mitigate risks in the long term.

- Consult or own on system/platform roadmap, follow up platform upgrades

- Make, own and audit team owned standard & process

- Review solution, architecture and non-functional requirement

- Coordinate security review by global CIS team

- Maintain system landscape in each level

- Maintain and manage app KB/documentations delivered from each project phase

· Operational Support: Act as Operations Engineer role, to ensure stability of assigned applications running and support business team for daily usage.

- Incident: statement analysis, communication with customers, collaboration with different partners and driving resolution to meet SLA, Q&A or Self-Service maintenance, etc.

- Problem: root cause analysis and solution proposal or validation, resolution validation, Problem KB maintenance, etc.

- Change: drive minor changes under standard process

- Configuration: CMDB maintenance

- Release: release management and execution, or collaboration with partners on release

• Other responsibilities assigned by management.

Experience & Requirement:

• At least Bachelor’s Degree, IT related is preferred.
• At least 5 years working experience on business analysis, with strong requirement analysis (i.e. prototype) and documentation skills.
• 3+ working experience on Project Management.
• Strong technical experience on (not limited to): solution architecture (BPM workflow/AWS/WeChat/SaaS/BI/etc.), IT infrastructure (Windows/Linux Server, network basic), Office 365, Relational Database (MS SQL, MySQL, etc.). Coding experience (.NET/Java/Python/SQL/SSIS/etc.) is a plus.
• Experience on operational support and management.
• Working knowledge of the security & compliance.
• Preferred: Experience in BA team leadership.
• Preferred: PMP, ITIL certificated
• Good communication skill in both Chinese and English.
• Be flexible to work in fast-grown environment and under pressure.
• Positive working attitude, willingness to learn.
