职位描述
This position is to assist the manager to establish and execute the right Go to Market strategies and marketing mix for China market. Responsibilities include:
* Manage daily operations of the online platform, website contents, online campaigns, pricing strategy, new products posting, copy-writing for product description including preparation work.
* Handle daily operations business of e-commerce platforms (e.g. 京东, 天猫,小红书, 微信小程序, 微博 etc.) to drive the online sales.
* Track online sales progress, traffic and click-through rate etc. and provide analysis for management review and strategic planning.
* Monitor the functionality of the online shops and to assure the timely logistic operation and delivery arrangement.
* Prepare analysis report on sales performance, inventory control and e-Commerce operation efficiency.
* Responsible for online shop stock controlling.
* Work closely with the cross-functional teams (e.g. Global Product Management Team and Global Supply Chain Team) to ensure efficient and effective execution.
* Support ad hoc duties and assignments.
Job Requirements :
* Degree holder in Digital Marketing or e-Commerce , Business Administration or equivalent
* 5+ years professional experience in e-commerce marketing and computer industry is an added advantage
* Good understanding of China 3rd party e-commerce sites, competitors and key trends
* Hands-on experience in managing China market (e.g. 京东, 天猫, 小红书, 微信小程序, 微博)
* Creative, quick learner, proactive work attitude, responsible, mature and well-organized
* Strong coordination and organizational skills in collecting business-related data
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Able to work independently under pressure within tight deadlines
* Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Good at Excel (e.g. vlookup and pivot table) and MS Office
* Good AI/Photoshop skills
* Occasional travel is required (about 20%).
