职责描述：

Supporting day to day Incident and Request management through the incident management system as per the service level objectives at Shanghai headquarter office

Reporting issues through service desk tools for critical issues supported by global team, tracking and escalating till closure.

Support procurement, configuration and support end user devices like Laptops, Desktops, and mobile devices through staging or manual deployment of standard software (Win7, Office 365,SharePoint,MS Office, Lotus Notes, Outlook, SAP Client, VPN Software, Antivirus, Engineering and other Client Side software) or apps.

Support Global IT teams in troubleshooting and maintaining Server, Network (WAN & LAN), Monitoring UPS and Switches, Backup Environment as per direction by L3 teams and external vendor.

Maintaining and loading backup tapes as per backup policy and direction from Global Data Preservation team and support restoration of data as per requests.

Execution of project tasks as per project direction and completion as per timelines

Covering all critical equipment through Annual maintenance contract, reporting issues with services providers and escalating as per vendor service level agreements

Follow Change Management processes and Critical communication Process during outages and changes

Actively Participate in Local, Regional and Global team meetings, to understand business requirements, team progress and work on action plans as per committed timelines

Drive Continuous Improvement, exercise deep problem solving to avoid repeat issues

Proactively support all critical equipment and end user capacity management issues by archiving or upgrading the infrastructure

任职要求：

? 3+ years’ experience of relevant working in a Global IT Organization supporting internal IT support.

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to interface and influence at multiple organizational levels and escalation appropriately

? Excellent relationship-building and networking skills and Ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical terms

? Excellent knowledge on Installation, Configuration, Patching and troubleshooting of Windows 7,Office 365, SharePoint, MS Office, IBM Lotus Notes, outlook, iPhone, iPAD, Symantec Antivirus, SAP Client and other Client side Software installation, Polycom Audio/Video Conference, Dell Hardware (Desktop, Laptop), HP printers

? Basic Knowledge on troubleshooting of Windows Server 2008 & 2012, Cisco Switches, Access Points and routers, UPS, LAN and WAN, Biometrics devices

? Basic Knowledge around Active Directory administration, Symantec end Point encryption, Mobile devices support.

? Conceptual thinker, Goal oriented and driven to meet project deliverables and deadlines

? Excellent Service desk process knowledge and good understanding of service level objectives.

? Customer focused, active listening, empathy and remain

? Organized and able to function successfully in a team environment

Additionally equity Share: TEN--55%, STEC---45%. The company locates in Anting International Automotive Town and is close to Shanghai Volkswagen Automotive Company. The company is mainly engaged in the development, production and sales of emission control system including manifold, catalytic converter, muffler and diesel after-treatment system.
