1.负责本公司新产品开发项目管理工作的整体推进和项目总体进度的跟踪。

Push and Follow up project planning.

2.负责推荐成立产品开发项目小组；

Set up project team of cross functions.

3.负责召集制定和更新“产品开发进度计划”；

Lead team to build and update project planning.

4.负责对项目小组成员与项目相关的工作的安排，组织和召开项目小组会议，做出必要的仲裁；

Arrange project team meeting with team members， distribute project tasks to team members， if need， to make judgment for team.

5.负责起草阶段评审资料；负责组织项目组成员对项目各阶段工作进行评审；

Prepare APDS TG audit， and arrange team members to review Phase performance for every APDS phases.

6.领导项目小组完成质量、成本、费用以及期限目标，并按阶段进行项目跟踪和项目管理；拟定、优化、调整计划并确定资源上的需求；

Lead team to set up project target， including Quality， Cost， timing planning and resource requirement.

7. 在项目中作为客户代表，了解客户的需求信息，负责获取客户对项目的要求并向项目小组提出相应的要求；

In project， work as Customer representative， get and forward Customer information.

8. 负责开发过程中产品成本和项目费用控制；

Control project and product cost.

9.其他部门经理布置的任务.

任职要求：

1） 5年以上制造现场相关工作经验；

1） Over 5 years in relevant industry;

2） 有较强的分析、管理和协调能力；

2） Strong ability of analysis, management and coordination;

3） 熟练掌握，运用APQP管理项目开发；

3） Good skill to develop new project at APQP basis;

4） 能熟练运用SPC, MSA, PFMEA等质量管理工具；

4） Good at tools of quality management such as SPC, MSA, PFMEA;

5） 语说写流利；熟练使用MSOFFICE，AutoCAD；

5） Good English speaking and writing; good at MS OFFICE, AutoCAD1） 5年以上制造现场相关工作经验；
