职位描述
Key Focus:
- Vendor contact & co-ordinate for SAP setup.
- Create PO in SAP with the approved PR.
- Execute procurement and coordinate the delivery accordingly.
- Down pay document preparation& co-ordination.
- Follow up with the invoice for down payment.
- Perform manager assigned RTP related project.
Accountabilities:
- Order issuing: no mistake of the PO key terms. No delay of issuing order to ensure delivery in time.
- Payment: Report, research and make correction for blocked invoice and release block.
Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate & support for buyer’s daily activity
- Contact vendors, as required, to expedite deliveries
- Monitors blocked invoices to ensure timely payment.
- Make required PO corrections
- Run daily reports and release blocks
- Coordinate to purchase small items
- Perform manager assigned RTP related project.
- Down pay document preparation& co-ordination.
Requirements:
Fluency in English and Japanese/Korean speaker is preferred. Procurement and accounting knowledge is preferred. College or university degree. Min 2 year of similar work experience. Good office skills (MS Office, SAP experience is an advantage) Analytical mindset; use a methodical step-by-step approach to break down complex problems or processes into their constituents parts, identify causes and effects patterns and analyze problems to arrive to an appropriate solution Excellent problem solving skills. Outstanding communication skills: can negotiate skillfully in tough situations with both internal and external groups; can settle differences with minimum noise; can win concessions without damaging relationships; can be direct and forceful as well as diplomatic; gains trust quickly of other parties to the negotiations; has a good sense of timing. Customers focused attitude; meet or exceed costumer’s expectations (internal/external), establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect. Good organizing and time management skills; can orchestrate multiple activities at once to accomplish a goal, arranges information and files in a useful manner, concentrates his/her efforts on the more important priorities. Self-development skills; he/she is personally committed to and actively works to continuously improve him/herself; understands that different situations and levels may call for different skills and approaches.
