职位描述
1、负责实验室人员的管理，现有实验项目检测步骤的结果确认，并协助实验室进行新项目的开展。
2、负责与第三方实验室联系，样品寄送和年度检测实验安排，并对三方出具的报告进行结果核对
3、负责内外部比对实验室安排和结果分析
4、负责制定实验室人员培训计划并且进行实施
5、协助维护公司的食品安全管理体系（HACCP、FSSC22000和ISO9001）并对体系中新的要求对公司的文件进行编制、修订以及整理
6、协助能独立运用鱼骨法或5WHY 对产品的投诉和质量问题进行分析，并提出改进措施，并帮助工厂持续改进，并对问题产生的原因进行持续的验证
7、协助研发和包装工程师编写产品的执行标准和原辅料验收标准
8、负责质量部分企业的年度内部审核和协助收集管理评审的相关数据
9、按照HACCP的要求对产品的工艺和危害分析等组织食品安全小组进行确认和验证
岗位要求：
1、大专以上学历
2、熟悉饮料类产品的检测项目，熟悉常规的国标检测方法
3、有一年以上食品公司实验室或者质量体系管理工作经验，熟悉食品的工艺流程
4、熟悉食品安全法和食品安全管理条例，以及其他食品安全相关法律法规，熟悉食品用原辅料的国家标准，并具有文件编写能力
5、具有HACCP、FSSC22000和ISO9001内审员证书者优先
