Job Description:   

- Pre-sales support to sales managers for discussing and understanding customer’s technical requirements and find solution according the customer needs

- After sales support for sales managers or Agency

- Molding process training support for training department

- Seminar and exhibition support for marketing activities

- Maintain the application knowledge database

- People development

- Develop the consulting skills of Application team

- Organize and follow up the technical discuss meeting with HQ

- Other tasks if required

 

Job Specification:

- Bachelor degree or above

- Minimum 10 years working experience with 5 years in Management position

- Solid experience in injection molding machine and mold area/design

- Significant skills to deal with customers, partners and colleagues to transfer the know-how

- Fluency in English (spoken and written communication)

- Willingness to travel
