JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  

• Follow the shipment for the key account, work closely with relative team and update shipment information to customer and other information if needed

• Implement SOP for new accounts

• Delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, quotation, and resolve inquires

• Record, Analysis and manage relative document per management instruction

• Maintain constant contact and keep relationship with current customers

• Intervene in case of any issues

• Provide solutions and source supplier for new Projects

                

REQUIREMENTS

  

• 3-5 years experiences in freight forwarding company

• Reactivity, creativity and pro-activeness towards customer for trouble shooting / solutions

• Good communications skills

• Good English in written

• Ability to work under pressure

• Good work attitude
