Objectives of the position:

Procurement for catalogue or non-catalogue items采购目录或非目录项目

The job holder performs the following tasks independently at his/her own responsibility:

    

• Purchase from regular/non-regular suppliers (Quotations and Orders)负责regular/non-regular 供应商采购(报价及订单
• Follow up and push delivery跟踪并推动交货
• Processing Invoice and payment负责发票和付款流程
• Support in after sales issues/complaints支持售后和投诉问题
• Creation and processing of diverse statistics. 创建和处理不同的统计数据
• Optimization of normal daily process with suppliers优化与供应商的日常正常流程
• Coordination in sourcing with PM与项目经理协调采购事宜
• Coordination in customer requests with Sales与销售人员协调客户需求
• Other relevant tasks from team leader完成领导布置的其他相关任务

Competence:

 

• More than 2 years’ experience in purchasing, ideally in tool business
• Basic knowledge of SAP, or comparable ERP software
• Familiar with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power point
• Be able to read and write in English
• Good communication skills
• Careful and responsible, with good team spirit
