ob Descriptions: The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

    

OVERVIEW:Working as a FullTime AS, you will be  responsible for all aspects of the onsite business. Support responsibilities may include purchasing,  receiving, packing orders, deliveries, sourcing and inventory management as  needed to assure success of the onsite business. 

  RESPONSIBILITIES:

  The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not  limited to: 
  o Monitoring and analyzing customers’ business performance

  o Working with supply chain, purchasing and operation team to deal with trouble  cases and new requirements from customer 

  o Establishing and building up customer relationship through execution of  customer plan

  o Create and negotiate the  Pricing recommend and negotiation strategies  for current customer

  o Taking ownership and responsibilities for the accounts under the managing  & monitoring of the BM/DM

  o Represent Fastenal as brand ambassador of the Company

  o Customer retention by maintaining new and existing business

  o Maintaining & growing the existing business, and prospect the new  business opportunities

  o Creating and presenting professional proposals to current and new customers

  o Collecting market intelligence and share feedback to BM/DM

  o Other assignments issued by BM/DM


  REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

  The following skills and qualifications are required  for this position:

  o A valid driver's license and the ability to meet our driving record  requirements

  o Good written and oral communication skills

  o Possess strong computer skills and math aptitude

  o Highly motivated and self-directed with the ability to motivate others

  o Possess strong attention to detail and sense of urgency

  o Exhibit strong problem solving and deductive reasoning skills

  o Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced, dynamic team  environment

  o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork

  o Ability to lift, slide and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs  and may weigh up to 75lbs

  o Bilingual in both Chinese and English


PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

  o At least one year of Fastenal or related sales experience

  o A degree in Business/Marketing/Mechanical OR have equivalent industry experience and knowledge of the local market


  o Demonstrate strong organization,  planning, and prioritizing abilities

  o Product knowledge is a plus
