职责:

发展现有国内和跨国关键客户

 与当地销售和国际关键客户团队合作推出框架合同

 协调所有销售代表针对各自的关键客户定义目标,指导和监控

与国内销售代表定义和协调针对各自的关键客户目标,指导当地销售人员关键客户

累积所有客户联系网络-从工厂采购;发展长期关系

实施特定的电子商务解决方案(e-Shop或电子目录)与当地外勤人员和电子商务专家合作代理

 收购新的国际和或国内当地关键客户

收集信息:客户的潜力、竞争对手、采购流程、决策者;积极与当地销售人员和vs团队进行信息交流

向客户呈现霍夫曼合作概念系统

计算客户报价和管理客户账户、谈判项目,招标和日常订单、合同条款和条件,以满足客户和公司的需求

有效时间和自我管理的输出***化客户拜访、销售活动等

要求:

 5年以上销售经验和国际客户的相关经验

 理解和了解不同的行业组织和竞争对手市场,根据当地市场,了解霍夫曼相关产品的优势。

自我管理:时间管理,规划客户访问和旅行,接受一周4天出差

较强的演讲、谈判、沟通和说服能力

项目管理经验

商务英语流利

 热情与人合作,能够与客户进行专业的沟通,包括口头和书面

 擅长和应用复杂的国际定价结构

 熟悉电子商务知识和b2b平台的优势

 熟练使用Office办公软件,良好的阅读和写作能力

 能够为客户提供解决方案,与霍夫曼的产品和服务有关。

 积极和充满活力的个性,可靠的专业技能对内部和外部客户的合作



Job Description:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Development of the selected customer portfolio of multiplant KA (national and multinational).

Roll-out of international frame contracts together with the local sales force and in cooperation with International KAM-Team (VS).

Coordination of all activities of sales representatives targeting the respective KA: definition of target, coaching and monitoring.

Definition and coordination of all activities of local sales representatives targeting the respective KA; coaching of local sales force on handling of KA customers.

 Build-up of a network of customer key contact persons on all levels – from workshop to purchasing; developing long-term relationships.

Implementation of the specific e-business solutions (e-Shop or electronic catalogues) in cooperation with local field staff agents and e-business experts.

Acquisition of new local multiplant KA (national and international).

 Gathering information: customer’s potential, competitors, purchasing processes, decision makers; active information exchange with to local sales force and VS-Team.

Presenting HoG system partner concept to customers.

Organization and realization of roll-out events at the customer’s plant.

Calculation clients quotations and administering client accounts, negotiating projects, tenders and daily orders, so as contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.

 Effective time and self-management to maximize the output for customer visits, sales activities etc.

Requirements and Qualifications:

 5+ years functional experience in (strategic) sales and proven track record with international customers.

 Experience in the industry of indirect supplies of advantage.

Ideally good understanding and knowledge about the market, different industry groups and competitors, based on the local market, related to the Hoffmann product segment of advantage.

 Willingness to travel (4 days a week).

 Strong presentation, negotiation, communication and persuasion skills.

 Experience in project management.

 Language skills: fluent business English skills (oral and written) are required.

 Enthusiasm in working with people; ability to communicate professionally direct with customer contacts on all levels – oral and written.

 Ability to understand and to apply complex international pricing structures.

 Knowledge about e-business and b2b platforms of advantage.

 Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

Good general technical understanding and ability to provide solutions for the customers, related to the Hoffmann products and services.

 Self-management: time-management, planning of customer visits and trips

Motivated and energetic personality, reliable professional cooperation skills towards internal and external customers.
