Key operational responsibilities
? Participate in product design reviews, representing quality assurance. Responsible for verifying that appropriate testing has been completed and passed, and that all specifications, standards and codes (internal, regional, national and international) have been met.
? Plan and perform routine reliability testing of products, components and materials.
? Prepare summary reports of test outcomes and recommend corrective action as required. Maintain report files.
? Use quality tools (statistical methods, test procedures, root cause analysis, problem solving, etc.) to resolve product quality issues.
? Drive Customer improvement initiatives involving product transportation issues.
? Must follow all safety rules and regulations.
? Must follow all quality standards
? Must be able to work required overtime as needed.
- Quality assurance planning and execution
- Field Quality assurance (handling quality complaints from customers / feedback quality issue to improve quality of current and new products)

Competencies needed


- Bachelor's Degree of Sciences / Engineering or above
- At least 5 years of working experience, preferably in Home appliance manufacturing quality environment
- Manufacturing quality assurance (In-Process quality control)
- Supplier quality assurance (Supplier quality audit, Inspection of Purchasing parts, supplier evaluation, supplier quality improvement)
- Products quality assurance (to control, maintain, and improve the system in order to fulfill project requirement release approval for products (New model evaluation, Product Audit))
- Works closely with Production, Product development Team, to establish quality processes and test plans for new products.
- Good Understanding of product and process complexity
- Familiar with 8D, 6 Sigma, etc., aptitude for problem solving and ability to work under pressure
- Can effectively communicate to all levels of the internal and external organization
- Excellent computer literacy with MS Office, Lotus Notes. Knowledge of JDE is a plus
- Language English & Mandarin.
