Location: Foshan,Guangdong/Cixi, Zhejiang

Duties:

1. Take part in design / manufacturing capability review of new project or transfer project with supplier.

2. Support project team in new product development process, PPAP and provide input of quality aspect.

3. Lead product qualification and production part approval process.

4. Support CTQ review and validation during product development.

5. Evaluate the measurement system of both internal QA Lab and the supplier.

6. Develop standard inspection procedure for on-site inspection / In-process audit.

7. Assist QC team for trouble shooting of quality compliant from both internal and external customer.

Qualification requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in mechanical, manufacturing, industrial engineering or related disciplines - Metal and Plastic.
2. Minimum 5 years' working experience in manufacturing quality assurance, at least 2 years’ experience in supplier quality management and new project development. Working experience in tooling design or manufacturing engineering a plus.
3. Basic knowledge of system certification, i.e. ISO 9000 and basic knowledge of different quality improvement tools such as: FMEA, SPC, 6-Sigma. Solid experience on 6-sigma project or utilization of TS five Quality tools is preferred.
4. Familiar with manufacturing process of kitchen and outdoor appliances including: gas, Electronic / electrical, PCBA metal fabrication, surface coating, plastic injection molding, Tooling design, electric plating, powder coating and finished goods packaging.
5. Strong organizational skills and must be a team player capable of cooperating with different departments.
6. Fluency in written and oral English, take part in weekly phone conference call with US team.
7. Solid experience of communicating with foreigner by email and over the phone is a must.
8. Office and CAD software: MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, AutoCAD and Solidworks, etc.
