Responsibilities:

· Accountable for product cost saving KPI, strive for best cost and annual cost saving for category assigned to meet the Company target.

· Manage primary suppliers with annual spend $2M-$5M.

• Manage all the enquiries from ACCO regions and assist them in sourcing “off-the-shelf” products to fulfill each individual region’s needs.
• Implement long term global sourcing strategies and ensure executed in a timely matter.

· Exploring new adjacencies product in market and reach out to all regions to introduce the new product.

· Conduct initial supplier survey and risk assessment of new supplier, participate as one of the auditors in supplier’s factory assessment with Quality & Compliance team to ensure comply with ACCO’s standard compliance.

· Heavily involve and participate in new product development, manage and co-ordinate early supplier involvement in new product for each Region from product design through mass-production, ensure critical timeline met.

· The escalation window of supply chain team as when critical or urgent issue.

· Closely communicate with Regional Marketing and Program Management team, ensure program ramp up per schedule.

· Manage key metric target and deliverable, reporting and analysis for individual business category

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, business or a related field required

· Minimum 5-6years solid experience in sourcing (office product sourcing experience will be added advantage)

· Pro-active, self-initiated and good team player

· Strong project management skill

· Good command of English in both oral and writing

· Proficiency in Excel and MS Office required

· Strong communication and negotiation skill

· Must be able to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment with the ability to communicate at all levels

· Must be able to travel (approximately 50% domestic traveling and 20% international travelling)

· International traveling is required.
