Job purpose

Flagship Store Leader leads the most important shop in Schelbach Home. Leadership in the shop means to inspire the team with new fresh ideas, motivate the team to high performance and supervise the team with a collegial atmosphere. The team contains at least 5-7 members. The leader should have a high sense for the interior design and be passionate about good furniture style.

Duties and responsibilities

Supervisor of

• coaching the sales with sales skills
• motivate and encourage the team to sell
• planning of high level interior design with loose and customized furniture in the team
• leadership qualification “hands on”
• sense for good product quality and good design
• ambassador of the Schelbach Home philosophy

Qualifications

Qualifications include:

• Experience in furniture business, especially imported furniture
• Experience in a company for trading
• Very good social skills with a very good communication
• Candidate must show an individual style of clothing
• Experience with promoting over social media channels
• Bachelor degree
• English mandatory

Working conditions

The job requires a full time job, the will to travel around China and abroad.

Location is Shanghai.
