Responsibilities

1. New business development. Identify potential business opportunities, and acquire new business/projects in order to meet/exceed sales targets


2. Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with senior leadership of assigned accounts in order to promote Hella awareness, existing and new products and develop profitable business relationships


3. Follow up tooling payment, D&D payment, samples payment after project awarded, and achieve the invoice and payment target time according to project timing schedule and contract


4. Follow up and responsible for overdue and open billing issues, manage each payment on time and total overdue and open billing result within the budget or below the bottom line


5. Follow up all the claim issues and reach agreements with customer for solution and payment after align with local and global management


6. Achieve annual order intake target for the assigned accounts which defined by head of China sales and global account director


7. Cooperate with project and R&D team for customer communication, issue clarification and meeting coordination as a team


8. Join all KPI review meeting and other meetings assigned and arranged by his or her line manager


9. Support sales administration and line manager for reporting activities


10. Other tasks assigned by his or her line manager in the working time

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree, knowledge on lighting is a plus


2. Minimum 3 year China auto industry working experience


3. Good oral and written English communication ability


4. Willing to frequent travel over China, teamwork

Jiaxing Hella Light Co,Ltd is a new program Hella Group launched in Jiaxing Economic&Technological Development Zone, which mainly provides the headlights, taillights, frog lights and other kinds of automotive lights to the medium and high level automotive manufacturers like Shanghai Volkswagen and Shang GM. The company was founded in Jul 2012,with registration capital RMB200 million. And the new factory is under construction and the total area is 56 thousand square kilometers. It’s estimated to put into production in Aug 2013 and the annual output could be more than 2200million. Then it will be the biggest Hella factory in China.
