Team Assistant of Industrialization（工业制造部部门助理）

This Position is outsourcing headcount.此岗位和第三方签长期合同

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责:

 Support IE team on daily administrative topics, including but not limited to department meeting coordination, visitor arrangement, team-building collaboration, trips, …

 Assist Department Head on daily working schedule arrangement, business trip arrangement (flight ticket booking, hotel booking and travel expense claiming), meeting minutes record if required to, tracking team actions, drafting powerpoint, etc.

 Place purchasing order in SAP system for office purchasing needs, as well for CAPEX/fixed assets

 Be the responsible person for department 5S activities to make sure the comprehensive implementation of 5S in IE Department

 Main contact for HR/Admin related tasks and communications

 Implement other tasks assigned by superior

MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE)/基本岗位任职条件:

 College degree or above

Proven ability in organizing activities, prioritizing tasks and managing multi-tasks

Ability to work independently and think proactively in solving problems

 Good communication and interpersonal skills

 Good MS Office skills, such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc.

Good sense of confidentiality
