职位描述

The main responsibility of Sales Representative is running all pending operations smoothly to the level of high satisfaction of customers with Sales Director's guidance, but also understand the Company's priority among the operations and eventually direct herself to the mutual satisfaction point for incubating a long term business cooperation with all reached customers.

Essential Job Functions
? Evaluate the business potential of new inquiries
? Respond to client correspondence within 1 working day ideally
? Communicate client's needs and expectations to concerned departments; update as necessary
? Gain rich knowledge of the client's business, infrastructure and products, and document this information in the Customer File also Customer Database in ERP
? Maintain and update the Sales Log File
? Negotiate terms of for PO/PI and conclude sales
? Demonstrate technical interest in the clients' respective industrial sectors
? Create and recommend alternative business solutions to clients for both interests of client and company
? Suggest new ideas and opinions to the Sales Director. Also be open to constructive criticism and improve continuously
? Maintain all correspondences with clients on the e-mail account assigned by the Company
? Provide good follow-up service to customers

Qualifications and Requirements
? Background in international trade
? Knowledge of customs and banking mechanisms of prospected markets
? Proactive and self motivated

Skills and Abilities
? Strong analysis skills and able to see the priority among the tasks and to think logically
? Excellent common sense and intelligence
? Excellent customer service
? Excellent French and English communication skills, particularly in writing
? Knowledge of sales techniques
