职位描述

- 有寻找供应商的经验或外企工作经历
- 了解搜索流程和ISO9000体系
- 良好的社交和人际沟通技巧
- 能有序地安排和执行多项工作任务
- 有良好的英语书写及表达能力
- 做事认真仔细，自学能力强
- 有很好的应变能力及处理问题的能力
- 自我激励并能在压力下工作
- 能适应经常国内出差
- 有机械背景知识者优先考虑
主要职责：
- 根据客户需求搜索供应商
- 向客户推荐合适的供应商（搜索员不直接和客户接触，业务员会负责这块工作）
- 初步分析原材料和部件的成本
- 对供应商的产品和服务进行分析和评估
- 拜访供应商完成工厂访问报告
- 与供应商保持良好的合作关系
· Identify and understand prospected products and relative information on production processes.
· Drive selection process to identify suppliers qualified to meet requirements of specifications relying on
· past performance, vendor reputation and product features/application
· Execute initial price analyses for material and components
· Maintain quotations, catalogs, and samples organized and referenced
· Update progress on the Assignment Status in real-time
· Document sourced products and suppliers in the Product Files in a timely manner
· Keep all sourcing-related documents organized
· Conduct qualification & competitive analysis of vendor products/services
· Recommend supplier for prospected products based on understanding of client’s requirements and sourced suppliers
· Demonstrated sourcing experience or equivalent in foreign invested venture
· Rich knowledge in ISO9000 system
· Familiar with market and suppliers in China
· Familiar with technical vocabulary and terms in English for various industries
· Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
· Self motivated and able to work under pressure
· Strong team spirit
