Responsibilities

• Suggestion for budget & quotations for each project and management.
• Define and propose the strategy of the current business unit and new business line:
• Supply chain services for retailer
• Product sourcing Food Distribution/Sourcing.
• E-commerce channel distribution and development
• Define the strategy of the Food Business Unit and its integration within Foodgates in collaboration with the General Manager.
• Supplier/customer acquisition, in particular their integration in the platform
• Ensure and facilitate the proper collaboration between all the teams both in France and China (Operation, Sourcing, Sales) and the management.
• Improve or establish process to achieve this goal
• You will also participate and provide advice for the strategy of the company.
• Develop the technical aspect of Foodgates project
• Improve the web platform in collaboration with our French team, and our partners.
• Improve the logistic algorithm that automatically calculate logistics and other supply chains costs to transport food products between Europe and Asia (both the design and implementation)
• Make sure the logistic pricing with our partners is up to date and adequate with the market standard.
• Support the sales team to analyze and develop marketing tools (quotations, deliverable, product files)

• Organize our participation on major and related events, and manage the supply chain of products and samples prepared for the event, to assist in the selection of PR and marketing agencies and to be the events coordinator.
• Supplier/customer acquisition, in particular their integration in the platform
• Assist on the review of the legal documentation for Foodgates
• Assist the Sourcing and Sales teams and be helping of other business project within group.
• Assist the Vice President of ASI Group on Blockchain and traceability technologies
• Other tasks assigned by the management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• This position is open to all nationality talents . You need to be familiar with European Culture and Chinese Marketing.
• Excellent English and French performance, Chinese is a major plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in logistics, trading, supply chain or international trade with full E-commerce experiences. But excellent profile will be considered if less than 5 years
• Strong leadership, strong communication skills and team spirit to drive cooperation on all levels.
• Flexible, autonomous, proactive and hard working.
• Ability to interact with both Chinese and Foreign people and build relationship
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Computer savvy, excellent Excel skills. Base in coding (any language) would be plus.
• Planning and organization skills
