1.  负责建立和发展电子商务业务
2. 负责电商平台的整体运营管理，制定运营指标、年度发展计划，策划推进运营战略目标; 创造消费者需求和扩大市场份额，落地运营策略，并确保销售指标的顺利完成；
3. 对各电商平台提供的运营数据做出专业的分析，及时撰写运营分析报告；
4. 负责推动年度销售计划，跟进绩效和推荐加机。
5. 日常电商渠道运营：管理电子商务计划，以实现转换，销售和客户满意度目标。
6.  监督电子渠道内容的日常规划和执行，包括产品和促销商品推销，在线营销活动，网站设计，客户服务，网站分析和网络技术
7.  负责提供区域营销和商业数字活动。
8. 负责电商平台的渠道损益，销售增长，新用户增加，重复购买率和市场份额增长，实现同比增长目标和ANP管理;
9. 负责年度/月度/每周销售计划和执行，以及审核报告和优化计划。每日跟踪和分析销售业绩，以确保目标实现。
10. 熟悉在线付费媒体/自有媒体/获取媒体，负责投资计划，按时跟踪并提高投资回报率;
11. 分析并提供电子商务和营销行业趋势，竞争对手，分销渠道，客户群，促销和产品分析

1.     大专以上学历，5年以上电子商务运营和数位营销经验

2.     带领过运营团队，操盘过行业知名店铺；有淘宝、天猫、唯品会、京东、等平台运营经验三年以上经验；

3.     精通电子商务的规则及交易流程，对产品的销售有独到的策划和组织能力，善于整合资源协调配合；

4.     熟悉数字营销；

5.     较强的沟通协调、平台对接能力，熟知平台各项相关规则；

6.     具备高度战略发展思维，认同公司企业文化，高度的敬业精神和职业道德操守；

7.     熟练的英文沟通能力
