2、依据维修保养计划进行日常售后服务保养、维修工作；

3、对客户进行基础培训，反馈用户对叉车使用情况的意见和建议；

4、协助现场运营经理控制服务成本、并提供合理的服务方案；

5、叉车配件、服务需求的申请；

6、上级安排的其他事务。
