Job Description:

? Developing and sourcing new products and handling requirements from customers, who are big brands. Experience in SANITARY&BATHROOM PRODUCTS, such as FAUCET, MIXER, TAP, VALVE, SHOWER SYSTEMS, SHOWER HEAD, HAND SHOWER, SIPHON, DRAINER, POP-UP, SHOWER ENCLOSURE etc…

? Understanding the Technical Requirements, Certification needs, European Standards like EN 817, EN 200, EN1112, EN1113, CE, ACS, NF, WRAS, WATERMARK (Turkey, UK, France, Germany etc.), Asian Standards, and other countries such as India, Vietnam, Russia etc. is a plus. Quality Expectations for the products and their components.

? Managing big customers accounts for the projects with detailed products descriptions, handling all the requirements perfectly. Contacting overseas customers, following the projects and inquiries with them.

? Project management, from design to final product; conducting all the processes with suppliers.

? Performing detailed test plans for different countries standards on sanitary items.

? Enlargement of vendor base in China, finding alternative sources for finished goods and components.

? Monitoring and execution of quality policy of Pacific Access with Mainland and other Asian region suppliers.

? Performing factory audits (based on customers' requests), process audits, product certification and product inspections .

? Co-operating with logistic department in Pacific Access – HK to monitor the delivery schedule of the goods.

? Solving quality problems with suppliers together with the quality engineers.

? Negotiating with suppliers for good price, early shipments, quality improvements.

? Preparing detailed quotations in short time.

? Managing the suppliers by means of all details of an order such as sample tests and improvements, order placement, artworks, production planning, production follow up, quality/improvements, inspection arrangements, vessel arrangements, payments an so on.

? Ensuring all the orders to be shipped on time.

Qualifications:

? University degree in (preferably) Engineering / International Business.

? Excellent command of spoken & written English is essential.

? Minimum 3 -4 years experience in SANITARY&BATHROOM PRODUCTS, such as FAUCET, MIXER, TAP, VALVE, SHOWER SYSTEMS, SHOWER HEAD, HAND SHOWER, SIPHON, DRAINER, POP-UP, SHOWER ENCLOSURE etc.

? Technical knowledge and understanding in technical data sheets / specifications, technical drawings, testing, certification, quality problems (by creating also solutions).

? Technical knowledge in necesarry standarts (EN 817, RN 200, EN1112, EN1113, CE, ACS, NF, WRAS, WATERMARK etc), products' components, materials, material supply is a plus.

? Knowledge of quality systems, Total Quality Management, etc. is a plus. Ability to adapt to different standards and apply them into the products, be able to manage the suppliers to supply correct products that comply the customers requirements.

? Project management experience is a plus.

? Product knowledge both in Technical and Commercial Sides under different standards of SANITARY&BATHROOM PRODUCTS.

? Working place is Shenzhen.

? Good negotiator and a persuasive person.

? Detail minded. Ability to manage a high and diverse workload and to meet deadlines.

? Team worker and patient under pressure.

? Willing to learn and develop herself/himself continuously.

? Good use of office software such as Excel, outlook, word.
