Job descriptions:
- 与船公司进行价格和舱位的谈判，签署合作协议，加深合作关系，为企业赢取竞争优势；
Take in charge of shipping lines, build up the relationship with carriers, get the most advantageous conditions for the company.

- 完善公司海运产品的定价策略，统筹策划、减少不必要的开支，以有效的资金获得***的利润;
Set up the strategy for the company ocean products, optimization of company procurement cost

- 负责海运事业业务部门管理工作，包括商务、客服、操作、单证等方面的管理;
Be responsible of management of the whole ocean freight, including procurement, customer service, documentation etc

- 拓展公司的海运业务，制定海运业务在商务、客服、操作上各个方面的策略，使公司海运业务得以快速增长
Expend ocean freight business, improve the quality of procurement, customer service, operation work in order to accelerate ocean freight business

- 协助公司搭建海运业务团队，因地制宜的建立各项制度与操作流程，并督导实施情况
Organize ocean freight team, set up SOP policy, supervise the process in accordance with SOP

- 制定海运事业部门的KPI考核，实现规范化、科学化的管理
Determine organization structure, roles and responsibility and performance targets for the function, Set up the KPI to assess performance of each function.

Requirements:

- 大专或以上学历;
Bachelor degree or above

- 10年以上海运业务销售、客服、采购经验，5年以上海运业务管理经验
At least 10 years experience in the field of Ocean Freight industry, with no less than 5 years managing ocean freight team including managers, supervisors and executives.

- 良好的英语听说读写能力；
Good command of written and spoken English

- 乐观、负责、独立、具备良好的沟通能力和谈判能力
Optimistic, responsible and independent with good interpersonal skills

- 有抗压能力。
Ability to work under pressure.
