1．Project running daily communication, including collect client feedback, disposal client complain, problem resolve and problem tracking(No need us to go from TJ ),项目运营日常沟通，包括搜集客户问题反馈，客户投诉沟通，问题解决跟踪；

2.Contract management , including renew contract, contract tracking etc.合同管理，包括合同的更新，合同补充协议的跟踪；

3．Renew SOP per request .根据需要更新操作规范；

4.Renew work flow per request 根据需要调整工作流程；

5．Payment arrangement 项目的月结；

6.Some HR work support (attendance, all kinds of reports ,communication with supplier )  for cleaner and guard ,some support work for conference people when they ask for leave   (Envision request two conference people)一些人事支持工作（如考勤 ，各类报告，跟供应商的沟通，必要时会晤人员的接替，如有人请假）

7.Assignment of superior 上级的任务安排；

8.Other department coordination work in Beijing  .北京相关部门的协调工作。

• Customer-oriented with good commercial sense and teamwork spirit 顾客至上的思维和团队合作精神;
• English and Mandarin reading and writing skill具备中英文读写能力,
• Self-motivated, hard-working and good health主动、刻苦和健康;
• Flexible to travel often in Mainland China可以出差;
• Skills in vendor management有 管理供应商的能力;
• Detailed and articulate 细致且表达能力强
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills 沟通能力强，表达能力强
