Competencies/ Required Skills

1) Minimum of 5 years in leadership role

2) Min. Bachelors degree ( mechanical engineering, Automation or alike)

3) Excellent knowledge in mechanical and electrical design, related to automation integration

4) Experience in PLC programming

5) Knowledge to automation related QA

6) Excellent Project Management skills

7) Production management related to automation integration

8) Supply chain, purchasing and negotiating experience

9) Good and clear communication skills (in Mandarin and English)

10) Fluency in English (spoken and written communication)
