职位描述

1 Build relationships and networking with the customers at all touch points.

* Support RSM and country KA business by building and growing local plant level relationship and sales within the area

* Focus on Value addition to the customer through the principles of Strategic Account Management and Value Selling

* Achieve sales targets with assigned customers and distributors, actively seek to increase the share of wallet with the customers in focus segments

* Closely monitor competitor activity and devise appropriate strategy to block competitor entry.

* Influence, coach and motivate sales teams of distributor partners targeting standardized execution of customer offers and programs.

* Input and influence people resources allocations of the distributors to ensure strategic priorities are fulfilled within the territory.

* Develop, agree (both internally and externally) and implement the annual business plan with the Distributor.

* Collect results from the execution of the offers by distributor teams within territory, analyse against the planning, and run (min) quarterly reviews in order to undertake corrective actions if necessary.

* Complete other sales related activities like monthly sales forecasting, marketing promotions etc. toward company requirement.

* Liaise regularly with support team, e.g. Technical Service, sales operation, Technology etc. to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

* Carry out all required documentation punctually and to the required standard.

Job Requirement

- University degree, major in chemical, machinery engineering will be preferred

- At least 3 years working experience in sales and distributors management

- Hard working, good interpersonal skills

- Smart, and good communication ability, strong negotiation skills
