- Supporting RA Controller in daily tasks with special focus on preparation of estimates, collection of inputs and preparation of analysis and insights per requirements of local and global management teams and coordination of roles and responsibilities of all controlling team members.
- Planning, budgeting and forecasting for operations, forecasting and communicating results with high accuracy, analyzing scenarios and document assumptions.
- Reporting, measuring and analyzing of financials and key performance indicators like coordinating monthly closing activities including running SAP reports and ensuring allocation cycles are run correctly.
- Coordinating of closing activities between LBLs, GBS, COE and CNAUS and CNROZ controlling teams, verification of accruals and adjustments on RARO level , balance sheet review and coordination of inputs from LBL controllers, doing review of reporting package
- Preparing of business review packages with relevant deviation and result analysis to ensure transparent and complete information for the management
- Assessing the risks to the estimates and propose actions to realign the future course in order to meet targets
- Making proposals and review with business, analyzing scenarios and document assumptions, driving cost savings initiatives across the LBLs and RARO, cooperating with Internal Control Manager to strengthen the internal control framework in RARO while driving process efficiency improvements.
- Performing the role of the end to end process owner for Order to Cash process and supporting all ad hoc requests for analysis and controlling driven initiatives.

- Must have strong financial background, structured and result oriented controller with focus on internal controls and processes
- Demonstrated analytical and cross-cultural communication skills. Requires high level of collaboration and coordination skills.
- Strong knowledge and experience in SAP and MS Office.
- Should be fluent in English and Mandarin in speaking and writing.
- Demonstrated good problem-solving skill, approaching problems with open mind and persistence in order to deliver on time.
- Education: Business Administration, Finance, Accounting and / or equivalent experience
- Experience: > 5 years, at least 2 years in controlling function, experience in business controlling is preferred.
- International study/work experience, CPA, CFA are preferred
