This position works for a mexican foreign company successfully importing dry fruit (mostly pecan and walnut) from Mexico to China. We are in process of expanding our business in China. Our intention is keep boosting our business within the food sector, and expand to other areas in the export/import market within the world, specially focused in the China-Latin American Trade.
POSITION:Sale`s and Administrative Assistant
PRIME FUNCTIONS
1 Hold direct communication with Chinese customers.
2 Enhance company sale`s through his/her assertive sale`s strategies.
3 Among other ones, support Manager with any administrative, business-related or translation activity.
4 Visiting Chinese customers (when required).
REQUIREMENTS:
1 Excellent communicating abilities and skills.
2 Overall good English skills.
3 Ability to create empathy between himself/herself and the customers to boost confidence and acceptance.
4 Accounting/Finance knowledge with sales-trade experience. (one kind of candidate)
5 Sales-trading-admisitriative experience. (the other kind of candidate)
6 Flexibility to travel when needed (occasionally).
7 Willingness to stay for the long-run employment.
PLUS:
1 Speaking Spanish.
2 Driving Licence.
3 Driving experience.
CONDITIONS
1 If single and non Ningbonese, at least 3 consecutive working years in Ningbo.
2 If currently living in Ningbo.
SALARY
1 Base Gross Basic Salary of above 40,000RMB.
2 13th month salary at the end of the year
3 Yearly Performance Bonus.
4 Forecasted overall net salary for the first year: 56,000-70,000RMB
