职位描述
Job description:
1-To apply & manage Lean Production requierements and tools.
2-To observe working conditions according to general technical safety rules; to evaluate them with teamleaders, engineers and Supervisors and report to General Manager; to coordinate with HS&E assistant.
3-To plan work distribution according to monthly production progress schedule; to report monthly production status and statistical informations to General Manager.
4-To apply customer requests and company quality policy; to control spool fabrication in coordination with QC department.
5- To deal with activities for improving fabrication process and report the results to General Manager from time to time.
6- To coordinate the activities related with the fabrication, maintenance and safety, to give the training and/or to arrange the training related with the subjects to the related personnel by coordinating with HR Department.
7- To investigate the causes of non-conformities during fabrication; to receive reports from teamleaders,engineers and supervisors; to take necessary corrective actions and report to General Manager.
8- To coordinate production progress with planning and work preparation departments.
9- To keep under control the material, equipment and consumables which are affecting the production steps & report to General Manager.
10-To observe general working and employee discipline at the shop and to evaluate it with teamleaders, engineers and supervisors and report to General Manager.
11-To coordinate with HR department regarding employees trainings/testing, etc.
12-To control the fabrication site as clean and general working conditions.
工作描述：
1- 按照公司要求组织管理开展精益生产活动。
2- 根据技术安全规程监察车间安全工作，组织组长，生产工程师对隐患进行评估，并上报总经理；配合HSE工作的开展。
3- 根据月度生产进度安排进行工作分配，向总经理汇报月生产情况和统计信息。
4- 遵循客户需求和公司质量政策；协调质量部门对产品的质量控制。
5- 管理生产改善的项目工作，并保持向总经理汇报结果。
6- 协调相关的预生产、设备维修以及工厂生产安全状况；与人力资源部协调组织相关人员的培训或安排相关的培训。确保产线的可持续性及最优化运行。
7- 对生产中出现的不符合项目进行研究。接收来自组长，工程师和主管的报告，采取相应预防措施，并向总经理汇报。
8- 与计划部和工程筹备部协调生产进度。
9- 对于影响生产进度的材料、设备和消耗品保持高度关注，并向总经理汇报。
10- 对现场员工的工作状态、纪律进行监察，协同组长，生产工程师进行评估，上报总经理。
11- 协同人事部管理生产制造部员工的培训、测试等工作。
12- 负责生产车间的环境控制和管理。
Requirement:
1- Minimum 7 years heavy industry experience (With piping experience and Warehouse management & STP knowledge will be a priority);
2- Majored in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering bachelor Degree;
3- Excellent leadership and communication skills, outstanding organization ability.
4- Excellent communication in English (Talking, Reading, Writing);
5- Good coordination with other departments.
6- Excellent skill for 2D AUTOCAD，Word, Excel, Power Point.
7- With good ability of self-motivation and team-work spirit and achieve the collective aim efficiently.
8- Able to work under pressure, with unlimited time work conditions and with good ability of time-management.

1- 至少7年重工业工作经验（有管道加工，仓库管理，表面处理工作经验优先）
2- 机械，工业工程专业本科及以上学历。
3- 良好的领导力和沟通技能，优秀组织协调能力。
4- 良好的英语能力（说，读，写）。
5- 能够协同其他部门开展工作。
6- 良好的2D和 CAD及其他办公软件操作技能。
7- 为人正直，良好团队协作能力；能高效完成目标任务。
8- 能够在压力下开展工作并具有较强的时间管理能力。
