Job Duties and Requirements
1. More than 3 years experience in the foreign trade clothing inspection, familiar with inspection standards (familiar with USA market) 有三年以上的外贸服装检验经验，熟悉检验标准（以出口美国单为主）
2. Can understand the pattern, familiar with all kinds of textiles face, understand the basic characteristics and simple textiles face detection methods. 能看懂纸样，熟悉各种面辅料，懂得面辅料的基本特征及简单的检测方法。
3. Three years of knitting/woven garments Sewing experience in factory, familiar with the production process and workflow, able to monitor the production quality from sampling to shipment. Can provide technical advise and solution before/after production. Can make statistics/budget production progress, and timely feedback information, guide/arrange production to the factory and QC Dept. 有三年以上针织/梭织车工经验，熟悉服装的加工工艺、生产流程等，能根据质量要求争取全过程的质量管理，能提出事前的管理要求和事后的整改措施，能独立处理生产过程中一些突发事情，能做统计/预算生产进度，并能及时反馈信息，指导/安排生产。
4. Ability to work independently and strong communication skills, guarantee the quality and delivery time
具备独立工作能力,有较强的沟通能力，保证大货的交期和品质；
5. Hard-working, good at coordination and communication, a strong sense of responsibility
吃苦耐劳，善于协调和沟通，责任心强。
6. Can use computer to make form and write test report, slightly to understand English.
会使用电脑，并用电脑做表格和写检验报告，略懂英文。
