JOB SCOPE/岗位责任范围:

à  Get the order and forecast information from customer and book the demand in SAP.

  

à  Schedule the production based on customer demand, capacity & material.

  

à  Arrange the delivery and communicate the shipping plan to customer.

  

 

  

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责:

à  Customer order fulfillment and achieve the delivery KPI.

  

à  Adjust sales planning in system based on capacity status and customer demand.

  

à  Release WO to workshop base on production plan.

  

à  Follow up the completion of daily production plan and meet shipment target.

  

à  Arrange the delivery plan and make shipments based on production status.

  

à  Complete sales planning checklist and solve the problem creatively. Escalate to supervisor if cannot complete task in time.

  

à  Check ECN in SAP and solve it in time by referring to the information in PLM.

  

à  Control FG inventory level, dispose dead stock within a timely phase keep inventory under target.

  

à  Plan properly when there is ECN change to avoid the excess or dead stock.

  

à  Work with sales and customer to deal with the excess stock caused by demand change.

  

à  Cooperate with project leader and arrange the production resource to reach the whole project target.

  

à  Attend the annual inventory counting and finish the assigned tasks by management.

  

à  Implement other tasks assigned by superior to meet superior’s expectation.

à  College degree above.

  

à  Very good organization and planning skil.

  

à  More than 2-3 years’ related planning experience in supply chain management.

  

à  Familiar with word & excel e,PPT skill.

  

à  Good communication with customer and all departments.

  

à  Fluent in English writing, reading and listening.

  

à  Experience for ERP software.
