Job Description of QA Specialist

• Ensure production quality matches approved “yellow seal” samples
• Supporting QA Manager to handle quality claims and conduct root cause investigation
• Supporting QA Manager and implement QA prevention-based strategies
• Vet new factories with on-site visits. Evaluate raw material procurement and storage protocols, production process and quality management system, report findings
• Review the third party and Conduct factory audits to ensure all OEM sub-contractors meet international standards as required / requested
• Prepare documentations - product safety & reliability specification, qualification plan and technical files –
• Evaluate new products to ensure full compliance with defined legal and quality requirements
• Ensure quality procedures are followed by the suppliers and inspection/test agents
• Manage third party testing of samples and review reports
• report and manage issues and lead rapid corrective plans

Requirement:

• At least 5-6 year related working experience, US market background is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Solid product knowledge on hardgoods
• Able to work under pressure; independent; detail-minded
