Position/职位：Digital Marketing Brand Executive(数字化营销品牌专员)

Department/部门：Marketing department

Direct Supervisor/直接领导：Marketing Manager

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but not limited as the following list:

主要职责包括但不限于下列各项:

？ 精通SEM后台操作，不断优化，降低成本，提高获客量。

Good at SEM set, optimize, lower cost and increase leads.

？ 熟悉或者掌握官网SEO技能, 与第三方一起合作负责官网优化，提升网站自然流量，优化网站自然搜索排名等；熟悉口碑营销方式,不断优化互联网品牌口碑。

Familiar with or have website SEO techniques, improve website ranks by cooperating with third parties. Be familiar with mouth branding on internet, and improve internet branding.

？ 与第三方合作运营微信公众号，不断输出优质内容。

Operate for wechat account by cooperating with third parties.

？ 有小红书，知乎等自媒体的日常运营经验，包括但不限于内容创作及广告投放，不断优化占位及排名,获得更多品牌曝光。

Have experience in selfmedia like Xiaohongshu, Zhihu etc., and knows how to operate, including create contents, and do some ads etc. Continuously optimize ranks and more branding exposure.

？ 熟悉平台类广告投放机制，熟悉媒体资源的特性及适用性。熟练操作投放文案图片制作、数据跟踪和管控；有效管理各推广媒体的预算、投放内容、投放结果，不断优化CPA/CPS和用户量；

Familiar with platforms ads. rules and gather knowledge of platforms suitability. Good at ads. design, data tracks and control. Effectively control all media ads. budget, contents, results, and continuously optimize CPA/CPS and fans quantity.

？ 对月度、季度、年度的投放数据进行预估和分析，协助规划年度投放推广计划

Make analysis regarding monthly, quarterly, yearly report, and support to online yearly plan.

？ 协助经销商进行数字营销

Support sales partner for online marketing if they have any needs.

？ 上级领导要求完成的其他职责

Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

任职要求：

？ Job requirement:

1) 统招市场相关专业本科及以上学历；

Bachelor’s degree in marketing related major.

2) 2-3年以上数字化营销相关经验，具备知名广告公司或大型集团公司经验者优先；

2 or 3 years digital marketing experience.

3) 熟练使用Excel，可以针对数据进行深度处理分析；

Good at excel

4) 较强的沟通能力和解决问题能力；能承受高强度的工作压力；

Good communication skill and problem solving ability.

5) 精通CPC、CPM、CPA等投放优化手段，有成功的降低成本，提升数据案例者优先；

Good at CPC, CPM, CPA at optimizing way of launching ads.

6) 有一定的创意和文案撰写能力，有良好的审美；

Have ability to create new ideas and articles, have good sense of beauty
