任职资格：

· Proven experience of key account development and management in automotive industry.

· 汽车行业大客户开发和管理方面的良好经验。

· Concept to Customer (C2C), strong business sense.

· Bachelor or above degree in marketing/business administration or similar.

· 市场，商务或类似专业，本科或以上学历。

· Strong personality and a good team player, readiness of mind in challenging environment of unforeseen changes and complex human relationship

· 富有人格魅力并有团队精神，思维敏捷，适应未知环境并具有处理复杂人际关系的能力。

· Strong communication skills and International company working experience

· 很好的沟通交流技能和国际公司工作经验。

· Fluent English (written and oral)

岗位需求：

l Follow up directly the assigned clients. Set up effective development plan to increase the client portfolio of the company with new prospects, markets, etc.

l 负责指定关键客户的业务处理。针对特定客户设定有效的业务拓展计划，包括开发新市场，扩展产品业务范围等。

l Analyze the client's needs and propose adapted solutions.

l 分析客户的特定需求并给出有针对性的解决方案。

l Set sales targets and follow up on their realization, lead the commercial negotiations

with clients.

l 设定具体的销售目标并跟踪实现，主导与客户的商务谈判。

l Lead the team including sales and cross functional members for achieving business objectives.

l 组织并带领团队（包括销售和跨功能小组成员）完成指定业务目标。

l Review and check all the business documents, contracts, agreements with clients, provide and update required sales reports.

l 审核并检查所有与客户间的商务文件，合同，协议等，并按照要求提交相应的销售报告。

l Support finance to prepare Business Plan, review quotation documents and quote to the customers, guarantee the profitability of the program.

l 协助财务部门准备商业计划，审核报价文件并提交给客户，保证项目利润。

l Manage the accounts receivable including D&D costs, tooling costs, etc and make sure of the on time payment from customer.

l 管理应收账款包括工程设计开发费用，模具费用等的及时回收。

l Set up and keep in close communication and cooperation with both internal and external clients, consolidate the business relationship.

保持与内外部客户的紧密联系和合作，巩固良好的商务关系。
