职位描述
1、本科以上学历，人力资源管理等相关专业
2、英语流利，有较强的沟通协调能力和承压能力
3、有着五年以上跨国公司人力资源经理的相关工作经验
4、专业性强，能够有较好的人力资源战略的眼光，熟练掌控人力资源的各个模块
具体职责如下：
- This role is responsible for providing strategic Human Resources Service to Tajco Manufacturing and at Group level through HR knowledge/experience, application, and working on HR programs as needed;
- To strategically build up Tajco ManufacuringHR organization structure for long term business growth in line with Tajco Global HR strategy;
- To communicate closely with Tajco Global HR Director to execute Group HR policy with precisely cascade down to Tajco Manufacturing HR performance KPI in order to ensure procedures are properly implemented;
- To ensure Tajco Manufacturing Human Resource short ,middle and long term Strategic Planning regarding Human Capital development program are meeting Tajco Manufacturing business growth needs;
- To support Tajco Global HR on; attract, retain and growth of sufficient talents in order to support Tajco Global business expansion needs；
- To ensure Tajco Manufacturing has enough capabilities to train and develop own talents in each area as per business needs and capable of sourcing right candidates from human capital markets base on 3 years plan;
- To ensure Tajco Manufacturing employee’s C&B are markets competitiveness bench marking with similar industrials, so as to attract, retain and develop good people;
- Plan, supervise and coordinate the activities related to employment, labor relations, compensation and employee relations, including the management of absence, disciplinary and grievance procedures, sickness, redundancies, and maternity rights etc.
