  此职位主要以出口各类机械类的零部件去欧美国家为主，进口为辅，需具有物流方面的相关经验。

Job responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers and confirm PO. Coordinate the production with suppliers and follow up the whole shipping process.
• 与客户沟通，确认订单。与供应商协调生产，跟踪整个出货过程。
• Follow closely the forwarders and ensure on time delivery with satisfactory quality and quantity.
• 密切跟踪货代，确保按时保质保量交货。
• Solve problems occurring in the logistics.
• 解决物流运输中的问题
  
• Communicate customers' requests and production status. Work out sales/production forecast, shipping log and other related reports/forms.
• 沟通客户的要求和生产状态。 制定销售/生产预测，运输日志和其他相关报告/表格。
• Arrange domestic good delivery.
• 安排国内货物交货。
  
• Other related assistance
• 其他相关事宜。
  

  

Recruitment criteria

• College degree above. Fluent in written English.
• 大专及以上，英文书面流利。
  
• At least 3 years of hands on experience in export & import or merchandising. Experience in import and export declarations is requisite. Experience in communication with customers, suppliers and forwarders.
• 3年以上进出口或销售方面的实际工作经验。有进出口报关单方面的经验。有与客户、供应商和货代沟通的经验。
• Experience in domestic goods delivery arrangement. 
  
• 有国内货物交付安排经验。
• Excellent communication skills and organizing skills.
• 优秀的沟通能力和组织能力。
  
• Be familiar with windows and office software. Experience with ERP(U8) will be preferred.
• 熟悉windows和office办公软件。有ERP(U8)经验者优先。
• Can work under pressure and be keen on continuous improvement.High moral standards. Proactive, patient and customer focused.
• 能承受工作压力，积极进取，较高的道德标准，积极主动，耐心，以客户为中心。
