JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Define, develop and implement rail transportation strategy(solution, pricing, location, process)

2. Develop and implement rail product in China

3. Provide rail transportation solution to meet customers’ needs and supervise daily operation

4. Implement rail SOP with operation team

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Education in International Business, Economics, Logistics or Supply Chain Management

2. Relevant work experience in logistics, while experience with intermodal logistics is a must; at least part for work history in Rail Logistics China – Europe is preferred

3. Passion for logistics with focus on intermodal transportation solutions

4. Pro-active and pragmatic “can do” mindset, ability to challenge “status-quo” and propose changes

5. Strong data analysis and Project Management skills required

6. Intra China travel required

7. Language skills: fluent Chinese and English (ability to fully conduct business discussion in both languages). Russian knowledge is of advantage.
