MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Review new product designs or changes in existing designs.
2) Develop and maintain quality assurance standards;
3) Devise and implement methods and procedures for inspection and evaluation.
4) Conduct routine quality audit tests to assure the quality of finished products;
5) Audit activities for suppliers and internal Departments for compliance with design disclosure documentation, plans, policies and procedures.
6) Manage root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformance findings;
7) Support continuous improvement efforts and the development of Action Plans.
8) Coordinate with Manufacturing and suppliers to assure that quality designed into product is maintained.
9) Investigate and analyze field failure data to identify and improve the product performance.
10) Perform engineering evaluation test to support project transition and VAVE activities.

REQUIREMENTS:
1) Bachelor degree in Electronic & electrical engineering with minimum of 3 years' experience or equivalent.
2) Strong communication and language skills.
3) PCA knowledge and process skills required.
4) Working knowledge of Six Sigma principles and concepts.

MEASUREMENT:
1)Meet some Company goals such as Supplier PPM, RTY and VOC PPM;
2) Zero down time for production line due to quality issues.
3) Timeliness on finishing engineering evaluation for cost saving projects.
