1. GENERAL SUMMARY:
Material invoices matching and booking, problem invoice following up and communication; KPI tracking and problem invoice reduction; arrangement of payment schedule; month bank reconciliation.


2. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Supervise intern for material invoices matching with PO and receipts
b) Handle on problem invoices and reduce problem invoice rate
c) Arrange monthly payment and urgent payment followed with SOP, prepare payment documents
d) Voucher binding followed with SOP
e) Provide training and working menu to relevant intern
f) Develop and update SOP related with PO transactions
g) Monthly bank reconciliation by WD+1
h) Monthly intercompany reconciliation by WD+1
i) VAT invoice authentication on Golden Tax;
j) Summarize monthly VAT-IN, reconcile booking with government authentication;

3. REQUIREMENTS:
a) Academy or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Business Administration/Finance
b) 2+year' working experience preferred;
c) Full responsibly and strong initiative;
d) Flexibility in Oracle, MS excel, word, etc.

4. MEASUREMENT:
a) Matching invoice within 3 working days after received
b) Follow up with buyer team to resolve problem invoices within 7 working days
c) VAT invoice authentication on net timely matching VAT booking of every fiscal period;
d) Monthly FX down payment clearance in SAFE, no overdue > 1 month;
e) No cash reconciliation item with age > 1 week.
