1. According to purchase schedule and approved purchase contract, issue purchase order of project related materials and services.
2. Follow up the whole purchase process of project related materials and services.
3. Report on a regular basis on the progress, issues and delays of project purchase related materials and services
4. Collecting solid data and information for vendor performance evaluation.
5. Follow up project purchase related payment.
6. Miscellaneous logistics related works.
7. Miscellaneous purchasing.
8. Other tasks assigned by the superior.

Requirements of the incumbent:

Education: College graduate or above. Engineering related major preferred

Experience: Minimum 3 years technical purchase or engineering/project related working experience. Project purchase related working experience is preferred.

English Skills: Good ability to read and write English. Basic ability to listen and speak English.

IT Skills: Word, Excel, SAP, etc

Health status: Good

Core competency: Communication skills, Conscientious, Teamwork spirit, Initiative, Concern of qualifty and order, Customer service oriented, Negotiation skill & Cost-conscious.

Others: Knowledge of purchasing, knowledge of chemistry engineering, knowledge of supply chain.
