Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Experience with import and export process, specialized in entire billing process.

· Handle all export orders, communicate with all suppliers to get P/I, P/L, send TMP P/I, input order and place order in Kingdee Youshang software.

· Communicate with all suppliers and follow up to ensure timely shipping. Coordinate all shipments, consolidations and logistics.

· Get VAT invoice from supplier and arrange payment, input into Kingdee Youshang software.

· Exchange payments from bank

· Inventory Management

· Experience with Kingdee Youshang software

· Ability to communicate both verbally and written in English and Mandarin. Must have the ability to translate documents.

· Strong PC skills; experience using Microsoft Office

· Independent, self-motivated, mature and well organized

· International business experience a plus

· Miscellaneous tasks as assigned by General Manager
