职位描述：
l 根据集团各品牌年度策略和品牌传播推广计划，负责内容与活动层面的执行落地与复盘优化。
l 根据竞品和消费者需求，分析产品的卖点，并和设计部门协作，进行文案与视觉的营销包装。
l 新媒体（微信、微博、抖音、小红书等）的维护，包括内容创作，数据分析和用户运营。
l 收集与分析行业数据及动态，监控集团各品牌的舆情动向，及时反馈和应对。
岗位要求：
l 全日制大专及以上学历，有市场营销或内容运营相关经验；
l 良好的文案功底和逻辑思维，较强的数据分析能力；
l 热爱阅读，熟悉互联网生态和主流社交软件的使用
l 积极主动，善于沟通和学习；
l 宠物行业或爱好宠物优先。

Petland has been the retail pet industry leader in the area of animal care with ongoing staff training programs, in-store animal husbandry systems and community service programs aimed at placing homeless pets and curbing pet population since its foundation in 1967. Petland sets the most professional standards from the management team all the way down to the sales floor. All staff members will need to receive a hands-on training program before they can put on a Petland uniform so that they will better understand and integrate into our culture.
