JOB OBJECTIVES/岗位设立目的:

  满足注塑车间的正常运转

 

JOB SCOPE/岗位责任范围:

  注塑车间的模具保养, 镶件的更换，模具简单维修及成型疑难杂症在模具角度的优化    

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责:

(Key job focuses and responsibilities to reflect critical successful factors(CSF)/成功达成职位目标的关键职责)

按AMANDA的标准和要求保养模具并作记录输入系统；

根据清单及工单顺序, 更换模具镶件；

执行公司对模具的标准要求, 安装标准件, 配模，并安装；

管理注塑的模具, 定义新来的模具摆放位置；

按照要求执行模具间的5S；

其他主管安排的工作。

    

MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE)/基本岗位任职条件:

初中以上学历；

3年独立维修保养模具经验；

适应并遵守公司的排班计划，包括翻班安排；

具有吃苦耐劳的精神以及强烈的安全意识；

工作中细心 ，耐心并有责任心；

能够独立保养模具, 知道如何清洗（超声波，BIO…）,如何上油;

能够独立拆卸模具所有零件并重新安装;

简单的电脑操作能力;

简单的模具检查经验, 红丹配模，排气优化

熟练的使用行车.

常用成型问题在模具角度的解决 。
