Position Responsibilities
?Achieve hiring goals, manage requisitions and actively work with hiring managers to align requirements and expectations.
?Recruit talents at all levels including managers and professionals by building talent pipeline including searching candidates, talent pool creation
?Providing consultancy to hiring managers on interview skill, target candidate selection and hiring decision making
?Be an innovative expert on leading staffing projects across region, including RPO, UR, sourcing portfolio creation, interview tools and EVP, etc.
Education & Experience Request:
?Bachelor Degree and above with at least 6 years recruiting experience in MNC or recruiting firm
?Experience in medical devices, biology industries is preferred
?Hands-on experience of direct talent sourcing is highly preferred
?Professional mature, open minded
?Self -motivated under high working pressure
?Fluent in both Mandarin and English
